They sent through details on how to measure my canvas and we made an appointment for later in the week. Ettai arrived today with a pre-made frame and did the stretching and mounting on the spot. We run several work shops in Sydney, Melbourne,Gold coast, Byron Bay and Brisban but we operate in 100kms radius from our locations. our work shops are closed to the public.
What is your turn-around time?
Our turnaround time for custom framing and jersey framing is usually 7-10 days. urgent jobs are possible by request.

Am I obligated to book a job after my free consultation?
No you’re not obligated to do the job with us. our meeting consultations are free from charge
Do you charge extra for pickup and delivery?
No, we don’t charge extra for delivery. All of our prices are inclusive pickup and delivery so you don’t get hit with hidden fees!

Does a canvas need a glass?
There is no need to frame a canvas painting under glass if it’s painted on canvas, panel, or board. … If your painting was done on paper or thin card, adding glass to the frame will protect the support. The oil paint itself does not need the protection, but the paper does

Prices of frames can vary, it depends on the size of your art work and also on the moulding you will choose. you can give us a call to get an estimated price
What type of wood is used for canvas stretching?
We use pine wood for all of our canvas stretching. all of the products we use are produced in Australia
You can choose different type of thicknesses 20mm,30mm,35mm,40mm
Does hanging the art work included in your price ?
No , there’s an additional cost to hang your art work.
