Service Locations

We currently offer free delivery to our main service areas, where our staff will personally deliver your framed artwork to make sure it gets there safely.

Gold Coast
Brisbane

At this point, we focus on these areas so that we can keep the highest level of care and quality in how we deliver.

Shipping fees may apply to orders outside of these areas, depending on the size and shape of the frame or canvas.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are:

7 – 14 business days

This time frame includes making and shipping the item.

Please keep in mind that delivery times may change based on the number of orders and where they are going.

Processing Time

It takes about two to three business days to process and prepare all orders before they are shipped or scheduled for delivery.

During this time we:

Prepare your custom framing order
Conduct quality checks
Arrange delivery scheduling

Shipping Costs

Free delivery is available within our primary service locations:
Melbourne, Sydney, Byron Bay, Gold Coast, and Brisbane.

Shipping costs for orders outside of these areas may be based on the size and shape of the frame or canvas.
